Ok so this will be a short post since I've got some things I need to do today, and am in a hurry. Well, sort of, so I'm just going to write a short and -not really- sweet post.
TSK, it's becoming a norm here, but I find it pretty hilarious. E-invites instead of hard-copy intricately designed wedding cards? I'm afraid I'm not really up for it. I mean, if I were to receive a wedding invitation though facebook, I would automatically think 'Are my parents going send them their angbao electronically or what?' like the e-mail/ fb notification would say
"Mr and Mrs Liew just sent you an electronic angbao containing SGD88! Congratulations on your wedding (Note: this is an electronically generated red-packet and all monetary transactions are non-existent)"
It just gives me that kind you feeling ya know.
Some might say it's the thought that counts, but it just feels weird...
OH and before I go, what are your views on Facebook wedding invites?
