Late Night Reads and Latte Treats

Sipping a cold homemade chai latte, watching some L4D2 playthrough vids, and working on my gracomm designs on a cool January night feels pretty calm and blissful. Other than the fact that I'm having a vile stomach ache right now, everything is wonderful.

So I've decided to get off the computer, pick up my book at start blogging a little on my tablet as I nurse my tummy ache. Playing patient in bed, with me also as the doctor. A pathetic one-man show. I KEED. Not pathetic at all.

Anyway, I did have a pretty satisfying day. Headed down to school to get some work done then went to smoochiezz with my friends to get my nail polish fix. Didn't get much this time, just 4. I'm only eyeing the hologlam collection by China Glaze that is coming out March 2013. Nothing from CG's Avant Garden or  OPI's Mariah Carey collection really appealed to me, but I got a polish each from both collections anyway. 'Fade Into Hue' - CG and 'Stay The Night' - OPI. They weren't particularly amazing, just happened to be something that I didn't have that is interesting enough for me to pick up. I also picked up CG's 'Ruby Pumps' and 'Optical Illusion', the latter from the Prismatic Collection which didn't appeal to me at all at that the point of time when it came out. I do love Ruby Pumps. Haven't swatched any of those that I just bought, but I will soon.

I cannot remember when was the last time I went into smoochiezz and came out feeling slightly disappointed. Sadly the newest CG and OPI collections aren't exactly up my alley. Oh well, I have to patiently wait for Hologlam to come out.

Can anyone feel the dejectedness and lethargy in my words? I feel absolutely burned out. Glad I have this channel to de-stress. So thank you, my readers. However little there may be. According to my blog analytics, most people don't even read posts like this, but it is a nice way for me to talk to someone without actually talking to someone (say whut?!?).

I shall head to bed soon, to end off here's what I'm currently reading right now. I've read this book about 50 times now, I never get tired of this. :)
