Macaroons from High Society

  Good Morning Sunshines! Having some Macaroons from High Society right now. Especially love Earl Grey and Lemon (the blue and yellow). They're amazing, but my picture doesn't do these macaroons justice. Hope you all are having a great breakfast!

  Anyway, moving on.

  I was at Cathay Cineleisure and Scape yesterday evening with my friends. An impromptu decision to head down there, nothing planned. While I was at scape I went to D.Y.O.N international because I wanted to take a look at the China Glaze hologlam collection and the only color that immediately stood out to me was 'Take a Trek'. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

  But, when i met up with my mum at Causeway Point later on, I spotted the L'oreal Shine Caresse lip gloss/stains at sasa and I literally just jumped for joy. Swatched all the colours on my hand and I decided I would just get one. My mum thought the shade in 'Milady' was nice so that was the shade I bought.

 Swatches are on the left, the stains on the right are leftover from when I swatched the colours in the store, From top to bottom: 1 coat swatched immediately, 1 coat swatched and left to set for a few minutes, 2 coats, 3 coats.

  It dries slightly darker after a while, and it looks so insanely different on the lips. It's extremely light and even with 3 coats it doesn't feel as though I've slapped on peanut butter on my lips. I like it, a lot! Too bad the colour selection is pretty poor, only 8 colours.

 So far I'm impressed! It's said that these are dupes for the YSL Glossy Stains, I don't own those but I've had my eye on a few shades of the YSL Glossy Stains. I might do a comparison when I get my hands on those.
