Cookie monster and Kirby

This post is LONG OVERDUE. I cannot even remember when I took this picture or when I baked these. I thought I published this post, but apparently I did not.

Anyways, I know it's been ages since I've last posted anything on this highly intangible interwebz space. I cannot deny that I've been incredibly lazy when it comes to updating this blog. Well, because for one, I really don't have anything interesting to blog about. No new stuff (not much), no new happenings, and basically just nothing that I thought would be worthy of a post. Having said that, I am in the midst of tidying up my blog and coming up with new post ideas.

Since 'Catching Fire' is going to be in cinemas soon, I have decided to come up with some manicures using the colours from China Glaze's Capitol Colors Collection. I know I have a post about the collection sometime last year (with horrible picture quality), but I didn't include swatches, so that is something I'll do.

More swatches! That's basically my motto for these few days when I am working on my blog. I hope to build up a collection of swatches, and name it the swaggaswatchamatrix. Kidding. I really do want to build up a nice swatch collection of nail polishes so that it can serve as a reference for anyone who wishes to buy a particular polish. 

Bah, Big dreams.

Well after that long speech explaining my long absence and future blog post ideas, I present to you my baking adventures of God knows when.

The cookie monsters ones where chocolate cupcakes while the kirby ones were earl grey cupcakes. Yumz. I bought pre-made icing from Cold Storage. You know, the ones in those fun squeezy tubes that are fun to look at and play with but taste like diabetes. Well I ended up scraping away most of the icing every time I ate a cupcake. Meh. Never buying those again.

It's pretty late right now, I should either 1) Go to bed, or 2) Continue doing my work.

Hmmm. TOUGH choice.

Off to bed I go.
